Demonstrating Formation’s Impact articulates
how and why data can demonstrate the impact of ministry formation on
individuals and the organization. Deploying methods from the social sciences
familiar to business and clinical analytics, the resource distinguishes
qualitative and quantitative data and how both methods can be appropriately
applied to formation activities. The perspective also discusses the limitations
of applying methods of data analytics to mission and formation.
