Considered an essential program for professionals seeking a clear, shared understanding of community benefit standards, expectations, and reporting requirements.

Led by experienced community benefit leaders, this live virtual program emphasizes shared standards, real‑world application, and current public policy context, providing foundational knowledge and practical tools to meet established expectations.

For more than 35 years, the Catholic Health Association (CHA) has been the leading national source of guidance, tools, and standards for nonprofit hospital community benefit. Community Benefit 101 draws on that expertise to support consistent, accountable community benefit practice across nonprofit health care.

Note: The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a sponsor of this program. Staff and associates of hospitals or health systems that are members of the American Hospital Association are eligible for a discounted registration fee of $450 for this program! To request a discount code that can be used at registration, please complete this form. Please send any questions to [email protected].
