Session Six: Heroic Leadership: Best Practices from a 450-Year-Old Company That Changed the World
Facilitated by CHA’s Dennis Gonzales, Ph.D., the first book club gathering of the new year will feature Chris Lowney, author of Heroic Leadership: Best Practices from a 450-Year-Old Company That Changed the World and former board chair of CommonSpirit.
This engaging conversation will challenge common assumptions about leadership and invite each of us to embrace our own opportunities as leaders. Drawing on his unique background as a former Jesuit seminarian who later served as a Managing Director of JP Morgan & Co., Lowney articulates four pillars of great leadership: leaders are self-awareness, heroic, ingenious, and loving.
Join us for a thought-provoking discussion that will inspire your leadership journey.
